Who we are
SEAS Mining is a trade name (d/b/a) of Miami Partners LLC, a South Dakota limited liability company, Rapid City, South Dakota, USA. We are responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Contact: info@seasmine.com.
What we collect
Contact form: name, company, title, email, phone, country, area of interest, and your message. The form opens your own email app with these details; nothing is stored by this website, and we receive your details only when you send that email. Authorized users (sign-in through SEAS ID): for each sign-in we record your email, date and time, IP address, approximate location derived from that IP address (country, region, city) and network, browser and device type, failed sign-in attempts, and which SEAS module you open (for example, Mining). Passwords are handled by SEAS ID and stored only in a one-way scrambled (hashed) form. Technical data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes IP address, device and request data to deliver and protect the site.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers. Our web fonts are hosted on our own site, so no font provider receives your IP address. Visitors to the public pages get no cookies from us; your language choice is kept only in your own browser for the current session. Authorized users receive one strictly necessary sign-in cookie from SEAS ID, which expires when they sign out, after 60 minutes of inactivity or after 12 hours.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry, to give authorized users access to the client portal, to keep the service secure, and to enforce the confidentiality (NDA) terms under which access is granted. We rely on your consent (when you send the form), on the agreement under which access is granted, and on our legitimate interest in securing the service.
Who else receives it
Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, security, access control). Our team reads your messages; nothing is shared with other parties unless the law requires it.
International transfer
Our team and providers are located in the United States and other countries. By sending the form you consent to your data being transferred and processed outside your country, including for the purposes of Brazil's LGPD, Türkiye's Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and similar laws in Latin America.
How long we keep it
Inquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then deleted. Sign-in and access records are kept for 24 months and then deleted automatically. A record of administrator actions (who granted or removed access) is kept permanently for accountability.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@seasmine.com. You may also contact your national data-protection authority.
